The view from the top and the beautiful wildflowers were well worth the 15 miles, sore feet, and numb bum (fyi, one thin layer of cotton spndex is not sufficient for sliding down a glacier). Thanks Mt. Timpanogos, I'll be back.
nick and i did this a couple of weeks ago, and the glacier slide was great. did you write your name in the room on the top? i drew a stussy sign. and a cuss word. j/k.
afterwards we went to costa vida and i ate an entire salad and then licked the tin. and felt completely justified in my 1300 calorie meal.

good thing there was ice there for your bum! when we went the ice had melted...it was rock bum for sure!
